Thank you Sir.🎉
Good job.
Broken what?
How else do you make paper?
The shine on that board after the first pass 🤤
Awfully small jointer planer lol.
As an amateur woodworker, I’m impressed.
Those nails need a trim. No holes are going to want those nasty messes in there.
Add English sub titles.
And the point of this video is to what show that this idiot knows how to line up a piece of wood in a slot
Sieht gut aus.... Schöne Gratleiste...
I'd check the piece for flatness...being that tight *might* cause the boards to curl away from the compression especially if the battens swell slightly in humid weather. Just my thoughts that they can actually be an over-tight fit.
Just checked! All is perfectly flatish :)
Ah, a door. To what hmmn.
Cabinet doors
Dumb
Dovetail battens in dovetail dado to keep the glue up flat. I wonder what the flat glue up is going into?
Just some doors for a couple of console pieces.
this is so fuckign dangerous
Why?
But what is the slomo showing us? A dovetailed dado? What goes in that dado? I'll have to stay tuned.
Pointless, not how you sharpen a scraper
So clever
The tolerances on those dozen or so pieces of wood are far better than the precision molded plastic in my car; good job sir.
48 drawers to be exact 🤯🤣
Who needs dovetails?
Those scrapings are probably worth more than my last 10 projects combined.
Ha! That’s awesome 😎
That's some fancy toilet paper !
?.
This is really cool
HI Jake this is a great technique, thank you very much for showing that with nice depth of detail
Looks good!
Thank you!
Very nice touches tho
what is going on
I'm showing how I install a recessed ring pull.
@@jakegevorgian what is a recessed ring hole, what’s is it’s purpose?
@@Lostxanfound the recessed ring pull is a drawer/door pull. It gives you something to grab on to, in order to pull open a drawer or a door.
More specifically, it makes it flush with the wood and appear more professional
Thanks for sharing Sir. Would you please share, what was the yellowing liquid that you applied to the front of the plate @ minute 31:55?
You seem to have quite the deth grip while cutting those beads beginning at about 4:00.
You mean when I was cutting the v grooves?
His panels are force-fit, 2 out of 3. That's NOT the way to build a panel door, skippy!!!
You're incorrect. The panels have a clearance for movement. Sliding the panel into the grove has to be somewhat tight in the groove, otherwise you'll have a very badly sounding door. I hope i was able to teach you some woodworking with this short comment. Cheers
Do you get snipe on the ends of the boards with this type of planner?
I don't get snipes, however it's important to adjust the plane cutter so that you get even thickness on the width. It will get hollows out of the wood. As for the snipe, what I do, when I use my thickness planer, I apply downward pressure as the wood exits the planer---that is the General International thickness planer.
That’s awesome, that’s more veneer than you’ll ever need for free, how wide is it?
I can get about 9" wide cuts. But it's not suitable for veneer---it's microns thick.
Very satisfying, good work
Neat.
This is great peace for a bedside because the long side can go to the bedside . It’s useful
Wabi-sabi means finding beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. Also, I like to clamp things.
Wtf is that???
It's a dowel.
You hard work, keep up great video. 😀😀
Slow it down you’re overheating the bit
pretty pretty
👍
I absolutely love how you "fix" what a "machine" did to it in the next short.
Dumb & dumber
Dont waste your time watching..

Result?
It's in a new reel.
Fine until one of those goes flying across the shop and hits somebody.
